How would you curb anti-social behaviour in young people?

I just don't know, I am at a loss. There is not enough for kids to do. There is not enough interest in the youth. They sometimesneed a little help.

Kids need somewhere to go. I think the schools put on a lot ofactivities but for the ones being anti-social it is not cool to staybehind. Youth centres are ideal but getting them there is theproblem.
