Fed: Leap year calculations catch out compter nerds

MELBOURNE, Feb 28 AAP - For a couple of thousand years, the greatest inconvenience
caused by leap years involved remembering to adjust your calendar watch and, for men,
fending off proposals of marriage from women.

But thanks to a generation of computer people who were nowhere near as clued up as
an ancient Pope and a bunch of monks, the 2000 version could contain more sinister perils.
